Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed by the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount including VAT of the stay via our website booking engine or by bank transfer.
Balance and tourist tax will be paid upon arrival; extra at check-out (cash).

CANCELLATION
If you deem it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us only by e-mail at info@gonia.it. When a reservation is canceled after 48 hours of confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation within 14 days or less before the arrival date, of no show or in case of departure before the booked departure date, the booked stay will be charged in full.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance. These terms and conditions are automatically accepted once the booking is completed. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time

STRUCTURE POLICY

TO SMOKE

All Gonia rooms are 100% non-smoking and smoking is permitted only in the common outdoor areas using an ashtray. Keep the grounds clean and green! All guests who violate the smoking policy will be charged a deep cleaning fee of 150€.
All doors must be kept closed.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome and must observe the code of tranquility in public spaces.

PETS
Pets are not allowed.

GUEST OBJECTS
Guests are especially requested to lock the door of their apartments when they leave. For the convenience of the Guest, the apartments and suites are equipped with a safe.
The Management will not be in any way responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest’s personal belongings.

DANGEROUS GOODS
You are prohibited from bringing in goods and/or storing raw or exposed motion picture film, or any other items of a combustible or dangerous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of questionable nature.
The Guest shall be solely liable to the management, its other guests, invited visitors, agents and servants for all financial or other losses and damages which may be caused by such items or as a result of its own negligence and not – compliance with any / instructions.
Gambling, smuggling, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable items, poisons, drugs, animals and spicy foods are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property of the establishment caused by himself, his guests or any person for whom he is responsible.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD OR MODIFY THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES OF THE PROPERTY
